Mit dem Beruf des Grundschullehrers /der Grundschullehrerin sind vielfältige Aufgaben und Ziele verbunden. Neben der Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion von Unterricht sind grundlegende Kompetenzen im Bereich Klassenführung, Leistungsbeurteilung, Elternarbeit u.a. zwingend erforderlich.
In dem Seminar werden ausgewählte pädagogische und didaktische Themenstellungen aus dem Unterrichtsalltag behandelt. Dabei werden praktische Inhalte mit theoretischen Grundlagen verknüpft.
