Das Seminar zielt auf eine Analyse und Reflexion grundlegender Konzepte, Dimensionen und Problemkonstellation von Public Private Partnerships. Zunächst werden Public Private Partnerships aus theoretischer Perspektive als Governance-Phänomen beleuchtet und somit das Verhältnis zwischen öffentlichen und privaten Akteuren analysiert. Im Anschluss daran werden unterschiedliche Fallstudien in den Blick genommen.
Der Seminarplan sowie eine Liste mit veranstaltungsrelevanten Texten werden den TeilnehmerInnen bei dem ersten Treffen zur Vorstellung des Seminars am Freitag, den 12. April 2013 vorgestellt.
