Die Veranstaltung findet vorbehaltlich der pandemischen Lage in Präsenz statt.

Die eigene Person ist eine zentrale Instanz im pädagogischen Handeln. Das Wissen um biografisches Gewordensein ist daher neben einem kritischen Gesellschaftsbezug ein wichtiger Aspekt pädagogischer Reflexivität. Methoden 'Biografischer Selbstreflexion' sind geeignet, dem Zusammenhang zwischen eigener Geschichte und pädagogischem Handeln auf die Spur zu kommen.

Für dieses Semester habe ich mich gefragt, ob ich meine Seminare wie geplant durchführen möchte, da im Moment viele Dinge zur Disposition stehen.
Ich halte Selbstreflexion im Prinzip in der aktuellen Krisensituationen für eine der wichtigsten Praktiken, daher ist das Seminar sinnvoll. Allerdings ist für das Thema der biographischen Selbstreflexion ein E-Learning Format nur bedingt kompatibel. Denn: außer einer theoretischen Einführung sollte das Konzept auch praktisch im Rahmen einer Methodenwerkstatt durchgeführt werden. Ob geplante Block analog oder digital stattfinden kann, ist nicht entschieden. Daher ist in diesem Semester das Seminar als ein erstes Kennenlernen des Ansatzes zu verstehen, nicht mehr - aber auch nicht weniger!

Bereitschaft, sich mit der eigenen Lebensgeschichte im Hinblick auf pädagogische Professionalität (nicht als Selbsterfahrung) zu beschäftigen, Lektüre der angegebenen Texte, aktive Teilnahme an Seminardiskussionen, Gruppenarbeiten und der Methodenwerkstatt
