Die Veranstaltung führt in Sanierungskonzepte und Sanierungsmittel bei einer sich abzeichnenden bzw. bereits eingetretenen Unternehmenskrise ein. Neben der Sanierung durch Kapitalzuführung, Schuldenreduzierung und Sicherheitsleistung sollen auch höchst komplexe Maßnahmen wie Sanierung durch Umwandlung, z.B. Formwechsel, Verschmelzung und Spaltung angesprochen werden. Ein Augenmerk wird auch auf die Steuerfolgen geworfen. Der Bereich "Sanierung durch Insolvenz" wird durch die Behandlung der sogenannten übertragenden Sanierung und das Insolvenzplanverfahren dargestellt.
