Die Vorlesung behandelt neben dem Recht des Strafvollzuges auch das Recht der freiheitsentziehenden Maßregeln der Besserung und Sicherung und des Untersuchungshaftvollzuges. Die Darstellung erfolgt unter besonderer Berücksichtigung rechtstatsächlicher Erkenntnisse und der geltenden verfassungsrechtlichen Vorgaben.
