Im Seminar beschäftigen wir uns erst mit der Frage, was Interpretation überhaupt ist und welche Rolle sie spielt in der soziologischen Forschung. Anschließend setzen wir den Fokus auf den Teil von Interpretationen, in dem es um die Beschreibung und Paraphase von Daten geht. Hierzu erarbeiten wir uns verschiedene Arbeittechniken und erproben diese an Beispielen. Schließlich wenden wie unser Wissen dann im Rahmen eines fiktiven Forschungsszenarios an.
