Im Rahmen des Kolloquiums werden aktuelle Beiträge und Entwicklungen in der Organisationstheorie vorgestellt und diskutiert. Eingeladen sind Vertreter verschiedener Fachrichtungen, die mit unterschiedlichen disziplinären und theoretischen Zugängen zur Organisationsforschung beitragen.
