Thema dieses Seminars ist die im Zuge wohlfahrtsstaatlicher Transformationsprozesse fortgeschrittene Managerialisierung der Sozialen Arbeit, welche sich formal insbesondere in der Einführung formaler (Qualitäts-)Managementsysteme widerspiegelt. Diese Entwicklung soll kritisch vor dem Hintergrund professions- und organisationstheoretischer Ansätze sowie aktueller empirischer Befunde diskutiert werden.
