The Research Class serves as a forum for doctoral researchers from both history and sociology to discuss dissertation projects at different stages of progress by a group of peers. Since it ideally continues over at least four semesters in an almost identical composition projects can be made subject of group debate from their conception over various theoretical problems to introducing completed chapters. In the coming third virtual semester we will discuss two projects per session with a break in between. I will invite to these sessions by using my mailing list of participants. Those of you who want to be included in this list may just drop me a brief note per mail.
