In der Veranstaltung sollen innerhalb eines Jahres examensrelevante Probleme im Strafrecht anhand von Fallbeispielen, insbesondere anhand von aktuellen Entscheidungen aus der Rechtsprechung, wiederholt werden. Im Wintersemester stehen Fälle zum Allgemeinen Teil des StGB im Vordergrund; im Ferienrepetitorium und im Sommersemester wird der Schwerpunkt im Besonderen Teil des StGB liegen.

Die Veranstaltung soll der Vorbereitung auf die Klausuren des Ersten Examens dienen und baut auf den strafrechtlichen Vorlesungen (Grundkurs AT 1 und 2, Delikte gegen die Person, Vermögensdelikte, sonstige Delikte, StPO) auf, in denen die Teilnehmer bereits Kenntnisse des Allgemeinen und Besonderen Teil des StGB erworben haben sollten.
