Die Vorlesung gilt den nicht auf Rechtsgeschäft beruhenden Schuldverhältnissen und damit dem zweiten Teil des Besonderen Schuldrechts. Behandelt werden insbesondere ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung, unerlaubte Handlung und Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag.
Es wird eine Semesterabschlussklausur gem. § 21 Abs. 2 Nr.1 a) StudPrO sowie eine Hausarbeit gem. § 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StudPrO angeboten.
