Angelehnt an aktuelle Forschungsgebiete der Arbeitsgruppe Chemische Ökologie werden eigenständige experimentelle Projekte unter individueller Betreuung und Einbindung in die Arbeitsgruppe bearbeitet. Mögliche Themengebiete sind Wechselwirkungen zwischen Pflanzen und Insekten, wobei hier sowohl Einflüsse von Pflanzeninhaltsstoffen auf die Entwicklung von Insekten als auch Einflüsse von Insektenfraß auf Pflanzenmetaboliten untersucht werden können. Neben der Erarbeitung des entsprechenden Wissens soll hier die Methodik der Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung wissenschaftlicher Experimente erlernt werden. Abschlussbericht mit Referat.
