Schwerpunkte der Vorlesung werden sein Erwerb und Verlust des Eigentums an Grundstü-cken, Inhalt des Eigentums an Grundstücken, die Grundpfandrechte sowie das formelle Grundbuchrecht. Sie wiederholt, vertieft und (punktuell) erweitert den Stoff der Sachenrechtsvorlesung.
Für Hörer im Hauptstudium.
Im Anschluß an die Vorlesung wird eine Hausarbeit gem. § 46 Abs. 1 Nr. 2, § 20 Abs. 4 und Abs. 1 Nr. 1 e) StudPro 2003 angeboten. Es wird zudem eine Semesterabschlußklausur gem. § 46 Abs. 1 Nr. 3, § 20 Abs. 4 und Abs. 1 Nr. 1 e) StudPrO 2003 stattfinden.
