Die Vorlesung beschäftigt sich mit den Vorschriften die BGB, die für alle Schuldverhältnisse gelten (§§ 241-432 BGB). Der Schwerpunkt liegt im sog. Leistungsstörungsrecht, daneben geht es um Entstehung, Inhalt und Erlöschen von Schuldverhältnissen, die Einbeziehung Dritter und die Auswechslung von Schuldner und Gläubiger.
Ab 16.5.2022 übernimmt Prof. Dr. Artz die Termine am Montag und Dienstag für die Vorlesung "Vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse", die sich mit den besonderen Regelungen beschäftigt, die für durch Vertrag entstandene Schuldverhältnisse gelten. Die Vorlesung "Allgemeines Schuldrecht" findet dann nur noch am Donnerstag statt (Ausnahme: Dienstag, 7.6.2022 und Dienstag, 21.6.2022).
Es wird eine vorlesungsübergreifende Abschlussklausur zu den Vorlesungen "Allgemeines Schuldrecht" und "Vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse" angeboten (Pflichtklausur gem. §§ 41 I Nr. 2, 42 I Nr. 2 StudPrO 2020). Mit Beginn der vorlesungsfreien Zeit wird außerdem eine vorlesungsübergreifende Hausarbeit zu diesen beiden Vorlesungen angeboten (Hausarbeit gem. § 41 I Nr. 1 StudPrO 2020).
