230543 Erzähltheorie und Erzähltextanalyse (S) (SoSe 2021)

Mit der Narratologie hat sich in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten in der Literaturwissenschaft eine eigenständige Disziplin entwickelt, deren zentrale Theorien im Seminar vorgestellt werden. Was ist Fokalisierung? Wie erkenne ich einen unzuverlässigen Erzähler? Welches sind die 'typischen Erzählsituationen'? Diese und andere Fragen werden zunächst auf der Grundlage der 'Einführung in die Erzähltextanalyse von Silke Lahn und Jan Christoph Meister beantwortet. Im Verlauf des Seminars werden die verschiedenen Ansätze dann in einem praktischen Teil auf die Analyse des Romans ‚Der Erwählte‘ von Thomas Mann übertragen.
