Moderne Führungskultur erfordert ein neues Verständnis von Entscheidungsstrukturen, Teamverständnis und Rolle jedes Einzelnen. Hierarchie wird aufgelöst oder erhält eine andere Bedeutung. Welche Parallelen oder Unterschiede lassen sich zwischen Teams im Management von Unternehmen und der Gestaltung von Mannschaften im Sport (z.B. Fußball, Handball) erkennen? Welche Bedeutung haben in diesem veränderten Verständnis die klassischen Erfolgsfaktoren Ziele, Regeln, Kommunikation? Auf welche Weise können Teams im Business und Sport lernen und ihre Performance verbessern? Diesen Fragen werden wir nachgehen und mit einzelnen Vertretern aus Sport und Wirtschaft diskutieren.
