Die Veranstaltung beschäftigt sich mit den pädagogischen und geschlechtsspezifischen Dimensionen des demografischen Wandels und berücksichtigt hier vor allem Probleme der Bildung und Beratung. Insbesondere berücksichtigt wird der Strukturwandel in der Altenpopulation, d.h. das Ansteigen der Hochaltrigen, der Multimorbidität und der demenziellen Erkrankungen. Das Verhältnis von Bildung und Hochaltrigkeit sowie Beratung und Hochaltrigkeit soll besonders bearbeitet werden.
