Ziel dieses Praxisseminars ist es, die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer darin zu fördern, ihr Lernen während des Studiums sowie später die eigene berufliche Tätigkeit effizient zu steuern und dabei auf psychologisches Fachwissen zurückgreifen zu können. Die Themen werden mit den Teilnehmer/innen abgestimmt; mögliche Inhalte sind selbstgesteuertes Lernen, Lernstrategien und -stile, Wissensmanagement, Zeitmanagement, Ressourcenorientierung, Selbstmotivation und Lernbegriffe. Die Lektüre umfaßt allgemeine Texte, empirische Untersuchungen, Interventionsstudien und Ratgeberliteratur. Praktische Übungen begleiten die Erarbeitung des Stoffes.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Seminars ist das Schreiben. Das neu erworbene Wissen, Erfahrungen mit ihm und praktische Übungen sollen schreibend reflektiert werden. Hierbei erhalten wir Unterstützung von Stefanie Haacke und Swantje Lahm (Schreiblabor).
