270034 Ausgewählte kognitive Störungen bei neurologischen Erkrankungen und psychischen Störungen (BS) (WiSe 2006/2007)

In dem Blockseminar beschäftigen wir uns mit ausgewählten neuropsychologischen Funktionen und deren Dysfunktionen bei neurologischen Erkrankungen und psychischen Störungen. Ein Themenschwerpunkt umfasst verschiedene Gedächtnisleistungen und -beeinträchtigungen, wobei auch eher seltenere Formen wie die der pychogenen Amnesie zur Sprache kommen. Des weiteren werden exekutive und andere mit dem Frontalhirn assoziierte Funktionen (z.B. "Theory of Mind" und soziale Kognition) und deren Störungen erarbeitet. Der letzte Themenkomplex ist syndromorientiert und umfasst verschiedene Funktionen, die im Rahmen demenzieller Erkrankungen wie der Alzheimer Demenz beeinträchtigt sind.
Es werden sowohl jeweils die neuropsychologischen Modellvorstellungen der Funktionen sowie deren neurobiologische Grundlagen erarbeitet. Ursachen und Phänomenologie der beispielhaft herangezogenen Erkrankungen werden besprochen.
