Zunehmend mehr Aufgaben und Dienstleistungen in Unternehmen werden im Rahmen von Projekten erbracht. Nicht selten werden diese von engagierten Mitarbeitern begeistert begonnen, verlaufen aus unterschiedlichen Gründen jedoch später jedoch im Sande. Neben dem technisch-organisatorischen Management ist ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor der Projektarbeit die sinnvolle Gestaltung der Arbeit im Team.
Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung sollen ausgehend von den zentralen Problemfeldern der Projektarbeit einerseits wichtige Projektmanagement-Tools, andererseits die Erfolgsfaktoren der Teamarbeit vorgestellt und praxisnah erarbeitet werden.

Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung zwischen dem 25.09.2006 und dem 09.10.2006 unter ao-psychologie@uni-bielefeld.de erforderlich. Die Teilnehmerliste (inkl. Nachrücker) wird ab dem 11.10.2006 am schwarzen Brett der Arbeitseinheit ausgehängt. Auskünfte zu der Liste können leider weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail gegeben werden.
Für die organisatorische Planung des Seminars ist die Anwesenheit in der ersten Sitzung unbedingt erforderlich!
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist die Anwesenheit in der ersten Sitzung sowie die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit.
