Das Seminar soll das Thema Korruption und Wirtschaftskriminalität aus theoretischer und praktischer Perspektive untersuchen. Zu Beginn werden Gäste von ihren praktischen Erfahrungen berichten (Kriminalpolizei, Staatsanwaltschaft, private Ermittler, Verteidiger). Die Themen werden Wirtschaftskriminalität aus kriminologischer und strafrechtlicher Sicht betreffen und nach der ersten Besprechung konkretisiert. Es wird darum gehen, typische Ermittlungsschwierigkeiten aufzuzeigen, Diskrepanzen zwischen Strafprozessordnung und Rechtspraxis, Schäden und Strukturen durch Wirtschaftskriminalität sowie rechtliche Möglichkeiten der Eindämmung und Prävention von Wirtschaftskriminalität zu untersuchen.
Das Seminar "Ermittlungen in Wirtschaftsstrafverfahren" wird geblockt in 4 Terminen in der Universität Bielefeld durchgeführt. Diese werden gesondert durch Aushang bekannt gegeben.
Vorbesprechung: Dienstag, 17. Oktober 2006 um 11 Uhr im Handapparat (U8 - 207).
