Kommentierung für das Fach Rechtswissenschaft
Die Veranstaltung wird in Zusammenarbeit mit Prof. Dr. Wielenberg (Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften) veranstaltet. Sie steht Studierenden der Rechtswissenschaft und der Wirtschaftswissenschaften offen.
Das Seminar wird sich mit zentralen Aspekten von Kapitalaufbringung und Kapitalerhaltung beschäftigen und die Vor- und Nachteile des bestehenden Systems des festen Nennkapitals, des gesetzlichen Mindestkapitals sowie alternative Modelle des Gläubigerschutzes erörtern. Dabei soll auch die Funktion der Rechnungslegung im Modell des gesetzlichen Kapitalschutzes analysiert werden. Bei der Erarbeitung der Referatsthemen werden die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer durch den Lehrstuhl unterstützt.
Es sind noch einige wenige Plätze für Studierende der Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft frei.
