Was ist ein Rechtssystem? Wie verhalten sich die positiven Gesetze eines solchen Systems zu den Moralgesetzen? Und inwiefern ist ein Rechtssystem ein System von Regeln? Diese und andere Grundfragen der Rechtsphilosophie stehen im Zentrum von Harts Buch, das inzwischen als ein Klassiker der Rechtsphilosophie zu bezeichnen ist. In dieser Veranstaltung geht es darum, durch eine eingehende Diskussion das gesamte Buch zu erschließen.
Anforderungen für den Erwerb einer Leistungsbescheinigung bzw. eines Leistungsnachweises:
Eine Leistungsbescheinigung (BA-Studiengang) wird ausgestellt für: regelmäßige Teilnahme und zwei Kurzessays.
Ein Leistungsnachweis (Magister- oder Lehramt-Studiengang) wird ausgestellt für: eine schriftliche Hausarbeit (12-15 Seiten).
Bibliography

Derzeit ist im Handel keine deutsche Übersetzung der Arbeit zu erwerben. Daher wird der Text zu Beginn des Semesters in Form eines Readers zum Selbstkostenpreis zu erwerben sein.
