Die Veranstaltung wird in digitaler Form stattfinden.
Es werden LernraumPlus, Zoom (alle 14 Tage) sowie vom Dozenten erstellte YouTube-Videos genutzt. Eine Aufzeichnung der Zoom-Sitzungen wird nicht erfolgen.

Im Rahmen des Seminars werden motivationspsychologische Prinzipien behandelt, die im Kontext des Lernsituationen ablaufen (z.B. intrinsische/extrinsische Motivation, Leistungsmotivation, Lerngewohnheiten). Dabei wird auch immer wieder darauf eingegangen, wie man die Konzepte zur Verbesserung des eigenen Lernverhaltens nutzen kann. Zudem wird erarbeitet, wie Unterricht in der Praxis motivationsförderlich gestaltet werden kann.

Im Selbststudium sollen wöchentlich die Input-YouTube-Videos sowie die zugehörige Literatur durchgearbeitet werden. Zudem gibt es zu jedem Thema Vertiefungsaufgaben. Als einmalige, umfangreichere Gruppenaufgabe sollen die TN zu jedem Thema ein/e Theorie/Prinzip/Technik aufgreifen und, an der "echten" Welt testen (Interview, Experiment, Umfrage o.Ä.) und die Ergebnisse kurz in einer der Zoom-Situngen präsentieren. Dies ist dann die Diskussionsgrundlage, um ein tieferes Verständnis für die Theorien zu erlangen und offene Fragen zu klären.
