Die Vorlesung gilt den nicht auf Rechtsgeschäft beruhenden Schuldverhältnissen und damit dem zweiten Teil des Besonderen Schuldrechts. Behandelt werden insbesondere ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung, unerlaubte Handlung und Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag.
Für Hörer im 3. Semester.
Es wird eine Semesterabschlußklausur gem. § 21 Abs. 4 Nr.1 b) und § 46 Abs.1 Nr. 3, § 20 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 b) StudPrO 2003 stattfinden.
