Titel: Erfahrungen mit Homeoffice während der Corona-Pandemie
Thema der Lehrforschung sind die Voraussetzungen von, Erfahrungen mit und Folgen von Homeoffice während der Pandemie.
Datenbasis ist eine 2021 durchgeführte Untersuchung an Beschäftigen in KMU und wenigen Großbetrieben in der Region mit dem Ziel, Bedingungen für ein gelingendes Homeoffice zu erforschen.
Daten gibt es sowohl von Beschäftigten in Betrieben als auch Experteninterviews mit einem Personalverantwortlichen aus den jeweiligen Betrieben. Es handelt sich also um ein sogenanntes employer-employee-Design.
Es sind quantitative Daten, die mit Stata oder einem anderen Statistikprogramm analysiert werden können.Zur Einführung sind folgende Texte hilfreich:
