Die Veranstaltung wendet sich an die Studierenden des Schwerpunktbereichs 4 und will diese gezielt auf die Schwerpunktbereichsklausur vorbereiten.
Zu diesem Zweck werden insbesondere Fallbesprechungen aus den verschiedenen Teilgebieten des Schwerpunktbereichs durchgeführt.
Auf diese Weise sollen zentrale klausurrelevante Fragestellungen in der Sache erörtert und zugleich die Falllösungstechnik geübt werden.
