Liebe Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer,
Im kommenden WiSe wird das Repetitorium "Verwaltungsrecht" angeboten werden, und zwar nach den Vorgaben des Rektorats erneut als Distanzlehre. Dafür sind unterschiedliche Dozent/innen verantwortlich, welche auch die Formm und das Medium selbst bestimmen. Dazu erfolgen rechtzeitig Ankündigungen über Email und EKVV.
Wir beginnen mit Podcasts zu den Fächern
Allgemeines Verwaltungsrecht (6 Wochen) und
Polizei- und Ordnungsrecht (3 Wochen).Danach schließen sich an Veranstaltungen zum
Kommunal- und Baurecht (5 Wochen)sowie in den Semesterferien zu
Staatshaftungsrecht und
Verwaltungsprozessrecht (nähere Angaben zum Umfang folgen).Das im Studienplan der Fakultät für das SoSe vorgesehene Repetitorium
"Europarecht" ist auf das Wintersemester verschoben worden und findet dann statt (vgl. besondere Ankündigung).Weitere Informationen und Materialien erhalten Sie rechtzeitig vor Semesterbeginn.
Zunächst wünsche ich Ihnen aber eine (möglichst auch) angenehme Zeit
ohne ZOOM oder Podcasts und viel Erfolg für Ihre Examensvorbereitungen!
