In der Lehrveranstaltung sollen die rechtlichen Regelungen der Weiterbildung mit dem Ziel bearbeitet werden, den Studierenden ein erweitertes Verständnis von Ansatz und Wirksamkeit bestehender Rechtsregelungen zur Weiterbildung sowie von deren Nutzungsmöglichkeiten und ihrem politischen Hintergrund zu vermitteln. Dies schließt auch die finanziellen Regelungen zu Gunsten der Weiterbildung und deren Entwicklung ein. Die Studierenden werden gebeten, zum ersten Termin eine aktuelle Fassung des Grundgesetzes für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Verfügung zu haben.
