Im Sommersemester 2011 (01. – 08. Mai) wird in Zusammenarbeit mit der
Universität Yeditepe (Prof. Dr. Yener Ünver)ein Blockseminar auf dem Gebiet des
Wirtschaftsstrafrechts und Wirtschaftsprivatrechts in İstanbul angeboten.

1. Untreue durch “Golden Handshakes” im Zivilrecht
2. Untreue durch Vorstände, Geschäftsführer oder ähnliche
Unternehmensleiter im Strafrecht
3. Ausgleichs- und Haftungsansprüche des Gesellschafters beim Untreue
4. Ausgleichs- und Haftungsansprüche des Gläubigers beim Untreue
5. Haftungsansprüche der Gesellschaft beim Untreue
6. Unbefugte Verwendung von Daten beim Computerbetrug gemäß § 263 a StGB
7. Der Begriff „freier Wettbewerb“ im Strafrecht
8. Der Begriff „rechtswidrige" Absprache beim Ausschreibungsbetrug gemäß §
298 StGB
9. Strafrechtliche Zurechnungsprobleme im Rahmen der strafrechtlichen
Produkthaftung
10.Produkthaftung und die Rückrufaktionen der Hersteller

Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Rahmen dieses Seminars folgende Leistungsnachweise
zu erwerben:

Seminarschein (bei dafür ausreichender Punktzahl); Große Hausarbeit fürs
Hauptstudium im Strafrecht und im Zivilrecht

Ein Vorbesprechungstermin wird demnächst angekündigt werden.
