Ziel dieses Seminars ist es, den Teilnehmern ein theoretisches Grundverständnis für die Bereiche Begabungstheorien, Begabungsdiagnostik, Lehrmethoden und Verhaltenshilfen für Lehrer zu vermitteln. Das Theorieseminar versteht sich als Vorbereitung für den Praxiskurs. Die Teilnehmer sollen dazu motiviert werden, auf der Basis von zuvor vorgestellten kurzen Fallbeispielen Vermittlungs- und Methodenstrategien zu entwickeln und vorzustellen. Ebenso werden Unterrichtssituationen simuliert und zur späteren Reflexion Videosequenzen aufgezeichnet. Gemeinsam sollen dann Stärken und Schwächen der jeweiligen Vorgehensweise diskutiert werden.
