Dieses Seminar möchte neben der eher theoretischen Frage nach der Persönlichkeit mit konkreter Haltungsarbeit zur Stärkung der Lehrer-Persönlichkeit beitragen. Spezielle Übungen aus dem QiGong sollen zur Burnout-Prävention und zum aktuellen/späteren Stressabbau erlernt werden.
Zu diesem Seminar wird insbesondere der modulbezogene Vertiefungskurs bei Theo Stiller (Beleg-Nr. 250062) angeboten.
