Das Seminar bietet die Möglichkeit Teil eines Filmteams zu werden, welches einen Imagefilm auf hohem Niveau produziert. Es werden Kenntnisse in sämtlichen für einen Kurzfilm relevanten Bereichen theoretisch und praktisch erarbeitet. Hauptbestandteile der umfangreichen Themenpalette sind: Drehbuch, Kamera, Licht, Ton, Postproduktion, 3D /SFX, Komposition, Organisation und Drehplan.
Dem anfänglichen in Seminarform stattfindenden Theorieteil folgt gegen Anfang Juni die praktische Drehphase (2-3 Tagen), in der mit dem gewonnen Kompetenzen ein 8-10 Minuten langer Kurzfilm gedreht wird. Die Seminarteilnehmer übernehmen wichtige Aufgaben im Bereich der Produktion, wie Kamera, Licht, Ton usw.

Kenntnisse im Bereich Video- und Medientechnik. Da die Anzahl der Studenten auf 12 begrenzt, ist werden Studierende, die bereits an Seminaren wie Vorsicht Dreharbeiten und Video- und Medientechnik teilgenommen haben, bevorzugt in das Seminar aufgenommen.
