Anschauliche Vermittlung der praktischen Umsetzung theoretischer Controllingansätze

Zielgruppe:
Studierende (Master, Hauptstudium) mit profunden theoretischen Kenntnissen der allgemeinen Betriebswirtschaftslehre und des Controllings

Gruppengröße:
Maximal 20 Studierende

Umfang:
Zwei LVS in fünf Einheiten a sechs Stunden (6 x 45 min = 270 min), zusätzlich eine zweistündige Vorbereitungssitzung zur Klärung organisatorischer Fragen

Ausgestaltung:
Behandlung von zehn Themenbereichen (je Einheit zwei Themenbereiche a 135 min) je Themenbereich

- ein Impulsreferat (30 min Vortrag, 15 min Diskussion/Fragen) zu den theoretischen Grundlagen, vorbereitet und vorgetragen von zwei Studierenden
- eine Praxispräsentation (60 min Vortrag) zur Umsetzung in der Praxis
- eine Diskussion (30 min) vorbereiteter Leitfragen/aufkommender Fragen
- ein Kommentiertes Inhaltsprotokoll (ca. 5 Seiten) zur Dokumentation von Impulsreferat, Praxispräsentation und Diskussion inkl. Darstellung von Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschieden von Theorie und Praxis des behandelten Themenbereiches

Leistungsbeurteilung:

- PP-Präsentation
- Vortrag des Impulsreferates inkl. Diskussion/Fragen
- Kommentiertes Inhaltsprotokoll
