392267 ISY Project: Robot Mind Reading: AR-based HRI (Pj) (SoSe 2020)

Do you know these awkward moments when interacting with a robot? In Human-Robot Interaction, as we do not have complete knowledge of how the robot system functions, we make up our own ideas of how it works (mental model) which is rarely correct. Thus, we often find ourselves in situations of error and misunderstanding. With the goal to improve the mental model we form of robots, this project will reveal the robot’s internal states using Augmented Reality (HoloLens) in a teaching/learning scenario.

In case this would not find enough interest for a team project, this project proposal would be also offered (in reduced/modified form)
