+++ INFORMATIONEN ZUM DISTANCE TEACHING AND LEARNING +++
Die Veranstaltung findet über Zoom statt. Alle weiteren Informationen erfolgen über den LernraumPlus.In der Veranstaltung werden Teilgebiete des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts behandelt: das Koalitionsrecht, das Tarifvertragsrecht sowie das Arbeitskampfrecht. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Tarifvertragsrecht, das sich mit dem Zustandekommen, dem Inhalt und der Wirkungsweise von Tarifverträgen befasst.

Der Stoff dieser Veranstaltung ist Gegenstand der fünfstündigen Aufsichtsarbeit im SoSe 2020.Recht und Management:
Studierende des Studiengangs Recht und Management können in dieser Veranstaltung eine benotete Einzelleistung erbringen. Dafür wird gegen Ende der Vorlesungszeit eine neunzigminütige Klausur angeboten. Anmeldung für diese (!) Klausur per E-Mail bis zum 11.5.2020. (Eine Abmeldung ist möglich, die Anmeldung dient allein dazu, die Klausur besser organisieren zu können.)

Die Veranstaltung wendet sich an Studierende des SPB 7, Arbeit und sozialer Schutz. Der Stoff des GK Arbeitsrecht wird vorausgesetzt.

Auf Literatur wird in der Veranstaltung hingewiesen. Sicher nützlich ist Kamanabrou, Arbeitsrecht, 2017 (in der UB erhältlich, auch als ebook zum Download).
