Das Digitale ist überall: von Bots, die Wahlen beeinflussen über Nanoroboter in der Medizin und nicht zuletzt auch in der Kunst. Digitalität fällt nicht mehr durch ihre Anwesenheit, sondern nur noch durch ihre Abwesenheit auf, wie Nicholas Negroponte bereits 1998 bemerkte. Aus diesem Grund lässt sich bereits von einer postdigitalen Ära reden, die nicht etwa das Digitale hinter sich gelassen hätte, sondern sich stattdessen genau im Digitalen verortet. Das Seminar beschäftigt sich mit Texten, Kunstwerken und Medien, die das Post/Digitale reflektieren aber auch ausstellen. Es ist angedacht, dass die Seminarteilnehmer*innen den Verlauf des Seminars aktiv mitgestalten, einige Sitzungen sind für selbstgewählte Themen vorgesehen.
