In diesem Praktikum werden Teile der theoretischen Inhalte der Spezialisierung Zellulturtechnik (391007) experimentell umgesetzt. Die Teilnehmer modellieren basierend auf vorgegebenen Angaben für eine industrielle Produktionszelllinie einen optimierten Fedbatch-Prozess und setzen diesen anschließend experimentell um, einschließlich der flowzytometrischen Analyse der kultivierten Zellen. Darüber hinaus wird die insitu-Sterilisation eines Edelstahlfermenters erläutert und durchgeführt.
