WORUM GEHT ES?

Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Emotionsregulation im Kindes- und Jugendalter. Emotionsregulation „beschreibt den Prozess, der beeinflusst, welche Emotionen wir haben, wann wir diese haben und wie wir sie erleben und ausdrücken.“ (übersetzt nach Gross, 2007, S. 282)

Themen:

  • Prozessmodell der Emotionsregulation (Gross, 1998)
  • Entwicklung der emotionalen Kompetenz
  • Individuelle und familiale Einflussfaktoren
  • Zusammenhang von Emotionsregulation mit Problemverhalten/psychischen Störungen
  • Erfassung von Emotionsregulationsfähigkeiten (z.B. FEEL-KJ)
  • Trainings der emotionalen Kompetenzen und der Emotionsregulation (z.B. ERT für Grundschulkinder; Heinrichs, Lohaus & Maxwill, 2017; Emotionstraining in der Schule, Petermann, Petermann & Nitkowski, 2016)

WIE BEARBEITEN WIR DIESE THEMEN?

  • Wir schreiben ein Buch zum Thema „Emotionsregulation im Kindes- und Jugendalter“.
  • Zielgruppe: Eltern, Erzieher/innen, Mitarbeiter/innen von Beratungsstellen, Lehrkräfte etc.
  • Themen/Kapitel des Buches: siehe Folie 2

Erwerb der Studienleistung/Leistungspunkte durch…

  • Auseinandersetzung mit der bereitgestellten Literatur und Bearbeitung von kurzen Aufgaben/Fragen dazu (14-täglich; insgesamt 6 Einreichungen, von denen max. eine fehlen darf)
  • Verfassen eines Kapitels zu unserem Buch in Kleingruppen (Umfang: ca. 2500-3000 Wörter)
  • Studierende der Erziehungswissenschaften haben die Möglichkeit, die Leistung in Form einer Haus-arbeit zu erbringen. Bitte nehmen Sie bei Interesse vor der Seminarplatzvergabe Kontakt zu mir auf.

Was haben Sie davon?

  • Sie erhalten eine ausführliche Rückmeldung zu den von Ihnen verfassten Texten und profitieren davon im Hinblick auf ihre Abschlussarbeit.
  • Am Ende liegt allen Seminarteilnehmer/innen ein kleines Buch vor, das die wichtigsten Themen rund um die Emotionsregulation von Kindern und Jugendlichen wiedergibt und für die spätere berufliche Praxis hilfreich sein kann.
