Die Veranstaltung wird in digitaler Form stattfinden.
Es wird eine umfassende Nutzung des LernraumPlus, mit voraussichtlicher Ergänzung durch kurze aufgezeichnete Inputs über Panopto, erfolgen. Des Weiteren werden voraussichtlich im zweiwöchigen Rhythmus Zoom-Meetings zur Klärung und Diskussion von Seminarinhalten stattfinden.
Die Veranstaltung wird nicht aufgezeichnet.

Unmotivierte Lernerinnen und Lerner sind das Schreckensbild aller Lehrenden, gleichgültig ob sie in der Schule, im Bereich der Weiterbildung von Erwachsenen oder auch an der Universität tätig sind.
Wie aber können Lernende motiviert werden und was demotiviert sie? Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung soll diesen Fragen nachgegangen werden, indem ausgewählte Ansätze aus der Motivationsforschung vorgestellt und unter dem Aspekt der aus ihnen ableitbaren Folgerungen für die Motivförderung diskutiert werden.

Die Anforderungen an die regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme (nur gültig für Studienmodell 2002) sind hier erläutert. In den FsB und Modulhandbüchern finden sich Informationen, ob Studienleistungen (nur gültig für Studienmodell 2011)/Einzelleistungen/Modul(teil)prüfungen vorgesehen sind, und welche Anforderungen hierfür bestehen.
