El objetivo del curso es la preparación y presentación de un proyecto grupal, lo que permitirá al estudiante desenvolverse en diversas situaciones comunicativas tanto de la vida diaria como profesional. Asimismo se pretende conocer, entender y reflexionar sobre la problemática social y cultural de algunos países latinoamericanos mediante la lectura y análisis de textos de actualidad, lo que permitirá al estudiante adquirir un vocabulario específico propio de la disciplina, indispensable para poder desenvolverse en su campo de acción. Asimismo, se profundizará el conocimiento de las estructuras gramaticales y léxicas de la lengua general.

El curso está dirigido a estudiantes de la Facultad de Sociología y/o Historia que hayan aprobado el curso B1.2 o que hayan obtenido el puntaje requerido en el C-Test del Centro de Idiomas.
