230821 Englisch: Get Fluent in English! (Level B2+) (S) (WiSe 2010/2011)

Contents, comment

This is not your Grandmother’s English class! This is a fun, interactive (and sometimes entertaining), mixed-format/mixed-media class designed to help participants achieve greater fluency in English, with a particular focus on speaking and listening (rather than a emphasis on grammar and structure). By utilizing topical discussion and group work along with a rich assortment of media resources (i.e. podcasts, Internet video and audio) as a starting point, participants will learn and practice a variety of interactive oral formats as well as increase their lexical competence in English. This class is aimed at students who have years and years of school English experience and are looking for something else and are interested in a non-traditional, non-frontal language-learning environment. For information please contact: donovan.babin@uni-bielefeld.
