Contents, comment

Dieses Modul dient der Einführung in die Projekte der Arbeitsgruppe, die sich mit der funktionalen Charakterisierung, Regulation und Lokalisation von Transkriptionsfaktoren in der Modellpflanze Arabidopsis thaliana befasst. Untersucht werden Signalwege, die bei Reaktionen auf Umweltreize sowie bei Entwicklungs- und Differenzierungsprozessen entscheidende Rollen spielen. Ein weiteres Ziel des Moduls stellt die Einarbeitung in verschiedene im Labor angewandte Techniken dar. Ein zugeordneter Betreuer überwacht dabei die einzelnen Schritte und leistet Hilfestellung bei auftretenden Schwierigkeiten. Themen und Termine werden individuell vereinbart.
