In diesem Seminar geht es um Reformprozesse in Organisationen. An einem Beispielfall der Reform einer Organisation werden klassische Aspekte der organisatorischen Veränderung aus soziologischer Sicht diskutiert. Insbesondere wird es hierbei um die Frage der Wirklichkeitsbildung im Veränderungsprozess gehen; beschrieben vor allem mit dem Begriff des Sensemaking.
Nähere Informationen erhalten die TeilnehmerInnen noch vor Beginn des Seminars.
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist die Bereitschaft zum regelmäßigen Arbeiten in festen Gruppen im Semester.
