250221 Jugendstrafvollzug in Deutschland (S) (WiSe 2010/2011)

Zunächst werden die verschiedenen Sanktionsmöglichkeiten, die dem Jugendgerichtsgesetz als Reaktion auf strafbares Verhalten von Jugendlichen zur Verfügung stehen, erarbeitet. Im Anschluss daran werden die Rahmenbedingungen und die Problemlagen des Jugendstrafvollzugs in Deutschland inklusive der neuen Jugendstrafvollzugsgesetze unter die Lupe genommen. In einem dritten Teil wird dann anhand von empirischem Material das konkrete Hafterleben der Insassen analysiert.
