Das Seminar befasst sich mit der aktuellen Diskussion um Katastrophenschutz und Katastrophenschutzrecht. Es versucht vor dem Hintergrund konkreter Szenarien Rechtsfragen unterschiedlicher Gesetze und Regelungsmaterien miteinander zu verknüpfen und rechtspolitisch zu befragen. Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer werden Vorträge zu den genannten Themen halten und dabei in den Stand von Rechtspraxis und Rechtswissenschaft einführen. Im Anschluss daran sollen jeweils Diskussionen stattfinden.
Für die Teilnahme ist eine Anmeldung am Lehrstuhl erforderlich. Dabei soll insbesondere die Übernahme eines Referates verbindlich abgesprochen werden. Für dessen Erstellung werden am Lehrstuhl Materialien und sonstige Unterstützung bereit gestellt.
In dem Seminar können Leistungsnachweise nach § 28 II Nr. 2 StudPro, große Grundlagenscheine und Seminarscheine sowie Leistungsnachweise für Schlüsselqualifikationen erworben werden.
Am Ende des Sommersemester wird eine Vorbesprechung stattfinden. Deren Termin wird noch gesondert bekannt gegeben.
