"Schwierige Schüler" und "Disziplinprobleme" gehören in den Studien zur Lehrerbelastung zu den Dauerbrennern. Die internationale Forschung zu "classroom management" einem der wichtigsten Bedingungsfaktoren für erfolgreiches schulisches Lernen, zeigt, dass Störungen im Unterricht oft auch hausgemacht sind. Bei Klassenmanagement geht es darum, wie Lehrpersonen dafür sorgen können, dass Lehr-, Lernprozesse - bezogen auf Wissens- und soziale Kompetenezen - in einer Klassenraumsituation möglichst reibungslos verlaufen. Betroffen sind u.a. Aspekte wie Unterrichtsstil, Umgang mit Disziplinschwierigkeiten, Wirkung von Sanktionen, Motivieren, Regeln, Rituale, Nutzung von Unterrichtszeiten.
Zu diesem Seminar werden Vertiefungsseminare angeboten: insbesondere die Schreibwerkstatt (Beleg-Nr. 250110) und die Didaktische Begleitung (Beleg-Nr. 250093)
