Die Veranstaltung befasst sich mit den Bereichen Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag, Bereicherungsrecht und Deliktsrecht.
Die Themengebiete Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag und Bereicherungsrecht werden sowohl anhand von Übersichten zum Aufbau der einzelnen Anspruchsgrundlagen als auch anhand von Übungsfällen behandelt. Ziel ist es aufzuzeigen, an welcher Stelle in der Anspruchsprüfung examensrelevante Probleme zu erörtern sind.
Das Themengebiet unerlaubte Handlungen wird vor allem anhand von Übungsfällen zu verschiedenen Problemen (Eigentumsverletzung, Persönlichkeitsrecht, Produkthaftung, Verkehrssicherungspflichtverletzung, Haftung Minderjähriger, § 830, § 826 BGB) erörtert.
Die Teilnehmer erhalten Lösungsskizzen zu den besprochenen Übungsfällen und ein Skript.
