Diese Veranstaltung setzt die Grundkurse Strafrecht (AT I und AT II/Delikte gegen die Person) fort. Es werden Eigentums- und Vermögensdelikte vorgestellt. Die Vorlesung konzentriert sich auf die ‚klassischen’ Straftatbestände: Sachbeschädigung, Diebstahl, Unterschlagung, Raub, Erpressung, Betrug und Untreue.
Die Vorlesung wird von Tutorials begleitet, in denen die Falllösung eingeübt wird.
Diese Veranstaltung gehört zum Pflichtfachbereich im Grundstudium und ist dem Modul Strafrecht B zugeordnet.
