Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende ab dem 3. Semester. Gegenstand sind Deliktsrecht, Gefährdungshaftung, Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag (GoA) und das Bereicherungs-recht. Das Eigentümer-Besitzer-Verhältnis hingegen wird im GK Sachenrecht behandelt.
Die gesetzlichen Schuldverhältnisse stellen ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen den anderen Grundkursen (vor allem AT und Sachenrecht) dar und sind zum Verständnis des Bürgerlichen Rechts im Hinblick auf das Examen enorm wichtig. Wenn man sich rechtzeitig damit befasst, sind sie auch wesentlich leichter, als man nach ihrem Ruf (gelten als kompliziert) glauben sollte.
Zum Leistungsnachweis (Modul Privatrecht B) wird eine Klausur (120 Min. Bearbeitungszeit) angeboten.
